What data we handle

This website has no forms and asks for no registration. We only handle your data if you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook: your name, your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you and deal with your request. The legal basis is your consent, given when you contact us, and where applicable steps taken at your request (article 6.1 a and b of the GDPR). We make no automated decisions and build no profiles.

How long

For as long as needed to deal with your request and, after that, for the periods required by law. Then we delete it.

Who else sees it

We do not share your data with anyone unless the law requires it. The website is hosted by Netlify, which logs technical visit data (such as your IP address) for security purposes, with the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, those services handle your data under their own policies.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to jlpfigueroa21@gmail.com. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies of its own and no analytics or advertising cookies. It stores two technical items in your browser, with no personal information: whether you have already seen the loading screen (for that visit only) and your answer to the cookie notice, so we do not ask again.

The only cookie we ask for is the Google map one, on the home page. It is not loaded until you accept in the notice or press «Show the map». If you accept, Google may use its own cookies under its privacy policy (policies.google.com). If you reject it, nothing from Google is loaded.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser: the notice will appear again.
